No Data is 100% Accurate
Because of the constant turnover and change in both the Business and Consumer populations, it is impossible for a database to be accurate 100% of the time.

We update and verify against multiple sources to deliver the most accurate data possible. With any form of direct marketing, you should expect a small percentage of returned mail, undelivered emails and disconnected telephone numbers. This is the reality of direct marketing. However, be confident that you are receiving the most accurate data possible.

A Vital Component but can not Guarantee Success
Marketing is not a limited event, but a continuously changing and ongoing process. Targeted marketing data is an essential foundation for a successful direct marketing campaign, but there are many other factors which need to work together cohesively.

Product, pricing, message, and timing are all factors that contribute to campaign success. No data can guarantee results; only provide the best chance possible for success.

Quality is More Important than Quantity
Quality of responders and how successfully you convert responses are just as important as quantity of responses. Multiple responses from prospects who are not relevant to your product/service will lead to fewer sales/lower ROI than a fewer number of highly interested and qualified prospects. If you increase quantity of sales because of a campaign, the data has served its purpose.
